SYSTEM DESIGN
A Central Vacuum Cleaning
System is an ‘online’ cleaning
system whereby the operator opens a
hose connection point, inserts a hose,
carries out the cleaning operation.
When the cleaning operation is finished
the operator detaches the hose and then
the point closes. The extracted materials
are pneumatically conveyed to a separator
for final disposal.
Strategically located hose connection
points throughout a facility are interconnected
with a correctly sized and graduated
pipe work system, connected back to
the vacuum plant.
Due to the many industries these
systems are found, and their specific
requirements, a BVC technical engineer
will visit site to discuss your particular
requirements in detail. If the facility
into which a system is being considered
exists the engineer will carry out
a detailed survey, if a new facility
we would work from project drawings.
